WE LIVE IN TROUBLED TIMES THAT CHALLENGE THE DECISION MAKING  AS NEVER BEFORE

The acceleration of technologies and business makes contexts constantly changing and complexity never achieved in history.

Instability becomes a structural factor. Traditional skills, frameworks, and methodologies are not enough.

On one side, technologies offer opportunities never reached before to face such complexity, but adopting the technologies is also a difficult and risky element.

A NEW APPROACH TO DECISION MAKING IS NEEDED

WHAT DECISION SCIENCE IS ABOUT

Decision Science is a multidisciplinary mindset, methods, and tools focusing on improving the decision process and taking the best actions.

It is about how individuals, robots, and organizations evaluate data, generate information, make decisions, surf uncertainty, and manage risks.

It combines insights from various disciplines to develop descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models and algorithms for solving complex problems and achieving effective, efficient, robust, timely, and justifiable decisions.

It leverages Statistics, Operations Research, Machine Learning, Control and automation, Industrial Engineering, Simulation, Digital Twin, Data Science, AI, and more.

THE RIGHT DECISION AT THE RIGHT TIME/ SHARE LEARN GROW / INFORM DECIDE ACT / LEVERAGE DATA-DRIVEN ACTIONS / GET COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE / EXCEL AT RISK MANAGEMENT / INCREASE SUSTAINABILITY AND SAFETY / INCREASE ADAPTABILITY / IMPROVE THE LEVEL OF SERVICES / OPTIMISE PROCESSES /
